InsideOut International comes alongside the emerging
woman leader to journey with her in discovering her
area(s) of giftedness, developing her leadership
capabilities, and deploying her to utilize her talents
and resources to effect change in her world. The
strategic process involves three different stages:
Stage I
DISCOVER
This stage represents the emerging leader who may be
uncertain about her gift(s), calling, and purpose. The
woman in this stage often experiences frustration,
because she has not yet been able to answer critical
questions such as: Who am I? Why am I here? Where am I
going? She often feels like she is on a treadmill, a lot
of movement but really going nowhere. INSIDEOUT will
assist her in the discovery process through methods such
as:
Stage II
DEVELOP
This stage is a lifelong process for the emerging woman
leader. Although she may be clear on her gift(s),
calling, and purpose, she is often unable to find the
support base and the resources to enhance both her
personal and professional development. Her major
frustration results from attempting to answer questions
such as: How can I develop my leadership capabilities?
What steps do I need to take? Where can I go for
support? INSIDEOUT will team with the emerging woman
leader to guide her through the developmental process
through:
Stage III
DEPLOY
At this stage the emerging woman leader understands and
accepts that her gifts are intended to benefit others.
She has been equipped and prepared to take the next step
in leading with character, confidence and competence. At
this point, she makes key decisions in response to
questions such as: Where do I go from here? How will I
invest my life? Who will I impact?
