InsideOut provides a variety of services, all designed
to enhance emerging women leaders in their overall
growth and development.
InsideOut Leadership Development Program
Typically designed for
emerging women leaders ages 22 - 40 years old, this
is InsideOut's signature program. Participants
generally meet for five days at a time for
leadership intensives conducted in seminar formats
over a period of twenty-four (24) months. The
program is highly personalized, placing great
emphasis on helping each participant to maximize her
strengths and identify her growth areas. Due to the
personalized nature of the program the class sizes
generally do not exceed twenty-five (25) people.
This allows for the women to connect with and
establish more meaningful relationships with each
other. In addition, the women are teamed up with
their peers in small groups consisting of three to
five women. They are required to meet quarterly
throughout the duration of the program for mutual
support and accountability.

Mentoring Network
InsideOut facilitates
opportunities for emerging women leaders to connect
with other leading women that will enable them to
achieve their full potential. Mentors pass on
significant experience, practical knowledge,
encouragement and advice to assist the emerging
leader in making real, lasting life change.
Participants will also be placed in peer groups with
other emerging leaders for support. They will have
an outlet to exchange ideas, receive feedback and
encouragement from women who face similar
challenges.
Life Coaching
InsideOut offers
coaching to support the emerging woman leader's
ongoing development. Life coaches offer our clients
a supportive and motivating environment to explore
what they want in life and how they might achieve
their aspirations and fulfill their life's mission.
Coaches may work face-to-face but email and
telephone based relationships are also available.
Leadership Practicum, Seminars & Workshops
InsideOut offers
regular leadership practicum in a weekend format.
Customized seminars and workshops are also designed
to meet the specific and unique needs of your
organization. Special programs are also designed for
college students. If you are interested hosting a

Conferences
InsideOut conducts an
annual women's leadership conference that addresses
the unique issues and needs of women in leadership.
Women from all walks of life gather at this event
for an inspirationally charged and life changing
experience. It provides a great opportunity to
network with other women who are both emerging
leaders and veterans in the area of leadership.
Speakers represent some of the most dynamic and
influential women in leadership. Visit our events

Retreats
Semi-annual retreats
are held with a focus on personal reflection and
spiritual renewal. The retreats are designed for
women to get away from their over packed schedules
to refocus and recharge their mind, body and spirit.
Retreats are normally held over a three day weekend,
where facilitators are invited to come and share
practical insights regarding Life Balance, Personal
and Spiritual Development.

InsideOut comprises of
a group of very dynamic and gifted speakers that are
available to speak at your event. If you are

InsideOut is committed
