Tiffany Jackson serves as the treasurer for InsideOut International. Professionally, she is a Senior Auditor for the Washington DC CPA firm, Tate & Tryon, which specializes in accounting and consulting services for non-profit organizations. Prior to joining Tate & Tryon, Tiffany was employed at Deloitte.

Tiffany is avidly involved in the community. Her passion is driven by the belief that everyone has not only the ability, but also the duty, to be a leader in some capacity. She has held various leadership roles including chair of the Youth Mentoring and Development Committee for the Memphis chapter of the Urban League Young Professionals organization. Her interests include leadership development through mentoring. To that end, she has mentored over a dozen inner-city pre-teen and teenage girls in Philadelphia, Memphis and Washington DC.

Tiffany’s educational and professional careers have allowed her to gain a diverse geographic background. Having attended boarding school at the prestigious Piney Woods School in Mississippi, Tiffany emerged as zealous and charismatic student leader. While earning her Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting at Temple University, she served as President of the university’s chapter of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, a 300+ member community service organization. Tiffany is a 2002 alumnus of the International House of Philadelphia, where she served as resident assistant. Tiffany is also actively involved in the National Association of Black Accountants and is a partner of Spirit of Faith Christian Center in Temple Hills, Maryland.

In addition to her professional achievements and abilities in accounting, Tiffany is known for her creativity and aptitude in program development. She was instrumental in designing a mathematics curriculum for Temple University’s GED program during her time in college. She has also aided in the development of the leadership curriculum at the Piney Woods School and the mentoring program at the Oakland, California based House of Ruth, a recovery home for women.
